Solution - Use of standard field “Inspector” to
maintain Inspection’s name or Employee ID.
Step 1
Go to QA32, enter the selection criteria such as Lot created on, material code, plant code, etc. as per your requirement. Execute.

Step 2
Select and copy the inspection lot. Go to QE01 transaction to record inspection results.

Go to QA32, enter the selection criteria such as Lot created on, material code, plant code, etc. as per your requirement. Execute.

Select and copy the inspection lot. Go to QE01 transaction to record inspection results.

Step 3
Go to QE01
transaction.
Enter inspection lot no. copied from QA32 in Result Recording screen of QE01.
Enter Inspector’s Name or Employee ID in “Inspector” field appearing under “Administrative Data” (as shown in the screenshot given below).
By default, the user ID will appear in the “Inspector” field. You can replace it with the name of your Inspector or their employee ID.
This is a standard character field with a field length of 12 char.
Continue.

Step 4
Enter Inspection results and save.

Note
The value entered by the user in the “Inspector” field will be stored in the "QAMR" table.
We can display this data in any customized report developed by the Tsugami team.

Enter inspection lot no. copied from QA32 in Result Recording screen of QE01.
Enter Inspector’s Name or Employee ID in “Inspector” field appearing under “Administrative Data” (as shown in the screenshot given below).
